• Take the PSAT/NMSQT at Southeast October 23

    We are excited to share that the PSAT/NMSQT will be offered October 23rd at Southeast High School.  This assessment is a great opportunity for students to gain valuable practice for the SAT and qualify for the National Merit Scholarship Program, which can open the doors to thousands of dollars in scholarship opportunities. Students can download the PSAT Registration Form below or see Ms. Bishop to get a copy of the registration form. The registration form must be turned in by September 19th.     Attention IB Parents! We’re pleased to announce that the first IB Parent Alliance meeting of the year is happening Tuesday, August 26th in the Media Center at Southeast High School. The evening begins with our SAC (Student Advisory Committee) meeting at 6pm and continues with the IBPA (International Baccalaureate Parent Alliance) meeting directly after.     We’re so pleased to say you can now donate funds for this year’s Group 4 Project!  About This Year’s Group 4 Project: Southeast High School would like to immerse its IB students into a world of sustainability for the required IB Collaborative Science Project. Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida is renowned for environmental sustainability in practice and through education and would provide an ideal backdrop and info gathering session towards this year’s project. The collaborative project brings together Biology, Chemistry, Design, Environmental Science, and Physics students in the IB program to consider solutions to real world topics.
