First SAC and IBPA Meeting of the Year: Tuesday, August 26th at 6pm in the Media Center

Attention IB Parents! We’re pleased to announce that the first IB Parent Alliance meeting of the year is happening Tuesday, August 26th in the Media Center at Southeast High School.

The evening begins with our SAC (Student Advisory Committee) meeting at 6pm and continues with the IBPA (International Baccalaureate Parent Alliance) meeting directly after.

During the SAC meeting, our administrators, faculty and SAC representatives provide an overview of our school’s current statistics, where the school is headed, and the great things that are going on at Southeast High School.

At the IBPA meeting, our IB Coordinator, Ms. Bishop, and our IBPA board will welcome us all to the new school year and kick things off with “College Applications and IB.” In addition to answering any questions about IB at Southeast, you’ll be given more information about IB and the college admissions process. You’ll leave with your questions answered and knowing what matters for your student’s college applications, what doesn’t, and what to do next, no matter what grade your student is in.

Not only should you come for the insider info, but come to network with our faculty and other parents, grandparents and guardians who are in your same shoes. Mark your calendars and bring your questions!
