Join Us in Celebrating Our Teachers This Thanksgiving Season
As we approach the Thanksgiving season, we’d like to take a moment to show our appreciation for the wonderful teachers who support our students every day. To help spread our gratitude, we are hosting a Thankful for Teachers Pie Celebration on November 12 at Southeast High School.
We are asking families who would like to participate to consider donating:
- A pie (store-bought) – we need approximately 7 more pies (pumpkin & sweet potato have already graciously been donated by Natasha S.!)
- A gift card to a store that sells pies, such as Publix, Detwiler’s, Winn-Dixie, Walmart, or a local bakery
- Plates, napkins, forks
We are also looking for a few parent volunteers to assist with the event on:
November 12
9:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Southeast High School
Volunteers will help with setup, distribution, and cleanup to make this event a success.

All donations must be received by 11/10. Cynthia Flores will be at Southeast front office to receive donations on Monday 11/9 and Tuesday 11/10 from 7- 8 am and 2-3 pm. If you would like to arrange a different donation drop off time, please email [email protected], and we’ll connect you with Cynthia.
